The Unidos Por Salud Project is a regional public health tobacco prevention program focused on reducing tobacco-related health disparities among the Hispanic/Latinx populations in Fresno and Tulare County.

Experience Opportunities

Interns will be directly involved in creating policy change and implementing intervention activities:

  • Data collection.

  • Community outreach events.

  • Presentations to partners and other professionals.

  • Youth engagement.

  • Media and social media campaigns.

  • Material and website development.

Requirements

  • Current student at a college or university in Fresno or Tulare County.

  • Commitment to complete 100-120 hours of internship in one semester.

  • Available to travel to Reedley or Lindsay for in-person events.
